Introductory provisions

These general terms and conditions set out the conditions under which the operator of the website streetgame.cz (Jiří Zůbek, Nádražní 54, 702 00 Ostrava, ID: 74122070, non-VAT payer, registered in the trade register of the Czech Republic, E-mail: [email protected]) sells goods and services to users of websites streetgame.cz, streetgamehandbook.cz and thisisgame.cz

Any dispute will be settled under Czech law in a court in the Czech Republic.​

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you sign a valid and legally binding contract. Our terms and conditions may change at any time.

Course order

We use electronic sales records. Course applications are accepted personally, by telephone, by e-mail or registration on our website. Both printed and electronic applications are binding. All clients are served in order of orders received. If the course is already full, the person responsible for the course will notify you.

By filling in and sending a binding order/application, you agree to provide your personal data for further processing (in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended) to the operator of the server streetgame.cz. This consent is granted on a voluntary basis and may be revoked at any time. You confirm that the e-mail address you entered is really yours so we can send you e-mails.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is accepted no later than 2 days before the start of the event. If we receive cancellations in less than 2 days (48 hours), we charge the entire price. If necessary, you can dispatch a substitute for you, but we need his name, e-mail and telephone number in advance. If you don't take a part in the course, we do not refund your money but we offer an alternate appointment instead or selection of another event. We do not refund the course fee in the case of unauthorized absence.

Organizational changes

The operator reserves the right to change the lector, the term or the complete cancellation of the course due to unexpected organizational and operational reasons. You will be informed of all these possible changes in time by the lector of the respective course and will be offered the opportunity to attend another course. In case the following dates do not suit you, the course leader will discuss with you undividually about the next procedure or the possible cancellation of your order.

Course realization

After payment of the prepayment before the course starts, you will be contacted via phone or e-mail by the head of the relevant course with the organizational instructions.

The attendance is 5 minutes before the course starts. Drugs including alcohol are forbidden on the course. You act at your own risk, the operator is not responsible for any damages or injuries eventually occured.

Other arrangements

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.

I will not collect personal information about the course attendants and the instructors. I understand that the indentity of the instructors and participants must remain confidential - privacy is important for the course participants and the instructor as well.

I obligate myself not to take any video or audio recordings during lectures and courses. Making audio or video recording can lead to exclusion from the course or lecture without a refund.

I undertake not to further pass any learning materials that are part of it. These materials are the subject of copyright and as such are forbidden to spread and reproduce.

I undertake not to spread any of the materials that are part of the course, lecture or client section to any company that could compete with the course maker. Furthermore, I undertake not to use any knowledge gained from the course, lecture or client section to establish a competitive company or work for a rival company. The materials and knowledge gained are top secret and are intented for personal use only. I oblige that I buy the books and other materials only for my personal use and will not share it with any other person.

I further declare that I do not own or work for companies or websites that teach men how to be successful with women. I declare that I do not plan to own or work for such a company for at least three years after attending the course, lecture or purchasing the book. In the case of a violation of this statement, streetgame.cz may demand compensation for lost profits for each individual violation.

I agree with all the terms and conditions and acknowledge that all opinions, practices, techniques, tips and tricks I will be taught during the course, lecture or by reading the books must be understood only for amusement rather than as professional advice. I declare that I will not use the acquired knowledge in violation of the law.

All posts, messages, texts, user accounts and other data on forum.streetgame.cz immediately become an exclusive property of streetgame.cz

I agree that the course operator and individual instructors are not responsible for any harms however related with the ability or inability to use the concepts I will become familiar with.

While streetgame.cz are trying their best to protect your data, one has to take into account that anything on the internet can become public over time.
